Thank you, I don’t mind sharing. I melted about 8-10 “nibs” in a glass jug in bursts of 20 seconds till it was all bubbling away. Then I took the jug out of the microwave and waited till the bubbles subsided till nearly all gone. Then with some latex gloves on I poured the melted liquid onto a lightly greased non stick sheet.
I poured it in a shape like the veil…..rounded at the bottom and tapered to the top. Then waited for about 2 mins till it was just touchable and lifted it off the sheet. Working VERY quickly I stretched the shape out a little so I could pleat it a bit then shaped it and put it straight onto the bride so it stuck as it made contact. Then left it to cool completely. Once dry I attached the daisies and dusted it with lustre dust………….hope that’s not too long winded. The main thing is to work quickly before it sets and shatters. It’s VERY hot so take special care xx
