Well, the verdict is in from the recipient and, thankfully, she absolutely loved it and thought it tasted beautiful. Phew! I think the tip with the fan is a good suggestion, should I ever be faced with this problem again (which I sincerely hope I won’t be lol) but I know I would have been lost without your help ladies.
