I am a 43 yr old mother of one 21 yr old son. I am in college full time, working on an Elementary Education degree. I will graduate in May 2013. I spend my days in an elementary school doing field work. I also work a full time job overnight. I make cakes for fun!!! It's work, but I love doing it. I have only been doing this about a year. I'm improving slowly but surely as I go along. Because I'm so busy, I don't book myself for very many cakes...I have to graduate first.
