Welcome to my tutorial. This tutorial demonstrates how to make a large sugar fondant gumpaste modelling paste flower paste rose using the single petal method. You will be guided through step by step from making the bud and then cutting out, shaping and attaching each petal. It’s a simple way of making a rose and with practice you will be able to achieve a realistic looking rose. I always use Squires Kitchen Flower Paste to make my sugar flowers. The 3 smaller petals are Culpitt Rose Cutters and the large one is made by Sunflower Cutters.
