1. Start from a rectangular cake , in this case , orange ( it is better to do the day before and let it sit on the fridge for less then Crumble ( also can freeze) .

2. We drawing the horse’s head on a sheet .

3. Grossly Cut when this filler will be the time to cut to the millimeter.

4 . We separate the two halves , the quill and fill with syrup (in this case , chocolate ganache ) .

5. Padding Once I mounted the two halves , we put the sheet over and carve .

6. Ganacheadlo . I did the mofletitos . It is more than slices of cake and finely cut with a round cutter.

7. The following day ( or at least 5h later ) when the ganache is dry ( ratio 2 of chocolate cream x 1 ) we can wrap it . (so the fondant will stick mojad the ganache with a silicone brush and water ( a little is enough,you do not you pass water ! ) .

8. Cut the excess fondant.

9. MARCAD finger roll or modeling tool of the nostril and the mouth cut modeling tool ( with muuuuuucho cuidadito ) .
10. The eye Make apart and paste (Try with an eye painted on a sheet and cut to put in the right place ) , I did it with brown fondant and edible paint.

11. Edible black paint with diluted mash Vodka painted the eye , ear and morrete (Depends on what color your horse can do with fondant (eg if the horse is darker ) .

12. Finally put the straps , mane andready !
