My name is Eleni and I am 39 years old. I was born in Athens and I have studied interior design. I have been living in Chania for the last 15 years. I am self – taught in sugacraft art. I have taken my first steps in sugarcrafting and decorating in the end of 2011, making my first cake for my daughter. I have worked exclusively with cakes and focused particularly on the taste of the cakes apart from their presentation. The recipes I am using for my cakes come from well known Greek pastry chefs.
