Thanks Melanie, I did 2 very large hemisphere cakes (new pan from Bakery Sugarcraft slightly bigger than wilton soccer ball) the dots I used my Tablespoon measuring spoon which is perfectly round & just pressed in then airbrushed so it looked a little shiny

Amazing… I wonder how you made the circles hollow… but you are the master and I hope you will do a tutorial :-)
Do you add a thick coating of fondant and do the indentation with the tip of a dowel or something?

Thanks Dina Hollows made using my tablespoon measure that is perfectly round just pressed into sides fondant not very thick but thicker ganache underneath, then airbrushed to highlight indents :-)
