Nice,LOVE the flower!

Nancy

Yum, I love cheesecakes… And you know what, the flower looks nice as is on the cheesecake! Ok, it is probably not a Waratah but looks good here :-)

Thank you both. I actually did a good portion of the flower this morning. Total rush job but I just had the idea to put it on the cheesecake so wanted to do it. Will definitely do another to get it right.

Mmmmm looks and sounds gorgeous x

Lovely cake

Thanks everyone. @Sasi, I had to laugh when you mentioned the color. I had leftover pieces of fondant & gumpaste in a few different colors so I mixed them together and added a little red. I did some of the petals in the morning and placed them in the oven with light on to dry them quicker and gave the cake to my niece in the afternoon. My husband knows me so well. I had told him that I wasn’t going to decorate the cake because it was so perfectly smooth on top. He told me “you know you are going to decorate it”. lol He was so right.,

Oh I’m drooling, it looks so tasty. I adore cheesecake :) xx

Not a bad colour Goreti… actually a lovely colour for a left over fondant :-). Lol Decorating is so addictive isn’t it, If I don’t do it on a cake now a days, I feel as if the cake is undressed (pardon my words) and my hands will be itching for something to be put on it!!

Sasi, you are so right. I made another cheesecake for my daughter to take this weekend to a friend’s house for a cookout. You know I just couldn’t leave it plain even though she told me not to bother.

Your flowers are truely amazing!
