This cake was MASSIVE!
*The base tier was Chocolate mud with dark chocolate ganache measuring 12 inches square and 8 inches tall and I covered it in one giant 26 inch square piece of fondant!! *
The 3rd tier is a 10 inch round white choc and fresh raspberry round with white choc ganache.
The 2nd tier is an 8 inch Caramel Mud with caramel ganache and the top tier is another white chocolate mud.
The tiers were alternated in white lustre and a soft champagne to match their beautiful invitations.
The base tier and 2nd tier were then stenciled with white Royal Icing.
The whole cake was so heavy when assembled it took 2 of us to carry.
I was so excited seeing it in situ in Mel and Rami’s beautiful venue and can’t wait to see a phot of them with their cake. Congratulations Mel and Rami :) xxx
