Not Mussel flavoured…made from Chocolate mud cake with Dark chocolate ganache
Made for one of the girls at work who actually likes cleaning the Mussels (a job the rest of us hate) so I thought I would be cheeky & make her a giant one as a cake, the Kelp is made using my Sugarlace recipe looked & felt like the real thing..tutorial for sugarlace will be released soon
