My Signature Cake. This took quite a few months of planning to get the correct dimensions but has over the years become my signature cake. I usually use sugarpaste and pipe the frameworks with Royal Icing but recently made it completely with chocolate. You can see from the picture with the bride and groom just how tall the cake is.
