I have been making cakes for over 30 years and run my own home-based business making celebration cakes for every occasion and have an ever-expanding customer base, located around the UK, including TV and sporting personalities.

My cakes are regularly featured in Wedding Cakes - A Design Source magazine and my Las Vegas and Eiffel Tower cakes have been the subject of projects in Cakes & Sugarcraft magazine.

I offer a range of cake flavours from a Boozy Rich Fruit Cake to Belgian Chocolate Cakes. I also make Eggless Sponge Cake along with allergy free and vegan alternatives. I work with sugarpaste, buttercream, chocolate paste or chocolate ganache and make all my own sugar flowers and decorations.

I also handcraft personalised cake toppers - from cute brides and grooms to Swarovski Crystal Monograms.

I love my art with a passion and am always looking for new techniques and designs to try.

I also offer Cake Decorating Workshops and am really enjoying passing on my years of knowledge to beginners and more advanced students.
