I made this nest of love for my daughter and fiance to celebrate their engagement. The inspiration came from a wonderful cake book I own, which has provided me with endless hours of challenges and triumphs. The actual cake was coconut with a cream cheese and pecan filling. I covered it with a chocolate/rum ganache and pretzels twigs dipped in chocolate. The cupcakes were red velvet with a buttercream topping. Hope you like it!
