The bride sent me a photo of a Luisa Galuppo pink/ivory ruffled rose cake and asked me to replicate it. I advised her I don’t copy cakes but would use it as inspiration. The top tier came out more ruffly than Luisa’s but I still love it – it was all roses and once I filled in the gaps with some ruffled fondant ribbon, it kind of all blended together so you can’t really see the flowers anymore. I still love it! Hope you like it too.
