My prettiest cake ever! I used the amazing Sharon Wee ruffle tutorial to create the bottom tier. Top tier is my version of pompoms or I think that’s what you call them? I’ve seen this style by many artists so I wish I can credit the original but they are all beautiful. This took two days to complete and lots of trips in and out of the fridge to keep the cake stable.
