I still can hardly believe I was asked a second time to make a cake for CC Magazine. I feel completely out of my league with all the other amazing cakers out there. The theme this time was Pink Pearl Wedding. My original design called for just a 2 tier cake but I decided to add on a 3rd tier. I tend to overdo it on a lot of cakes so I tried to challenge myself in keeping this cake more simple. The rose on top is only my second rose. While I know I have done it completely wrong, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out compared to my first. The best thing about this cake is after the photos were taken I donated it to a bake sale my Aunt was holding and it raised $150! I hope you all enjoy it! <3
