This is my spin on Kaysie Lackey’s design of her “Higgins” the Butler cake. He’s roughly 2 1/2 feet tall and 1 1/2 feet wide. His belly and the three tiered he’s holding is actual cake. I spent three days learning how to put him together, and it’s opened up a whole new world of cake to me! Kaysie’s fantastic, and I think I’m addicted to this style cake now…I really recommend taking one of her classes! SO great!
