I Had the extreme pleasure of making a four tier topsy turvy wedding cake for some special friends. Chocolate truffle, passion fruit gateau, choc fudge with white choc truffle and baileys all with Italian meringue buttercream. All Hand made Icing flowers. Bling is not edible.
