This cake will always be very close to my heart. Many firsts with this cake, first multi tiered cake. first wedding cake, first cake that got published & first time working with RKT/ What a learning experience. Made many mistakes and learnt many tricks along the way.
This cake is inspired from the colors and traditions involved in an Indian wedding. the bottom tier has indian mehendi motif piped with royal icing. Middle tier is inspired by vibrant colors and texture from brides outfit and top tier is a saree made out of fondant!
