I like to hand cut my fondant too…do u have ur cream cheese icing recipe on Cakesdecor? I have yet to find a really good one :(

Thanks guys….UrDream- I think I change my recipe up on creamcheese icing everytime because it is difficult to work with, the only thing I’ve found helpful is to use very little liquid (milk,cream or whatever you use for ‘crusting factor) that seems to help with wrinkles and cracking.
