My second cake from crazy week. Jason’s Mummy loved my other Thomas the Tank Engine cake so asked for one for Jason. I used my Fat Daddio’s tin for the base tier for the first time and I have to say, I’m in love!! Cooked to perfection, no messy carving and no wastage! Kids weren’t too impressed though as they love to demolish the offcuts lol! :)
