Henry is a fantastic little boy, I’ve made him and his family loads of cakes over the last few years.
Every year he comes up with something interesting for me to make and he’s very clear about what he wants.
So this year I needed to do some research (watch loads of kids programmes) so I could find out who Blaze was, so I could make this 3D cake for him.
And when he came to collect it with his Parent’s this morning the look on his face was priceless.
Its little moments that like that make all the hours (sometimes caking well into the night), and the back ache all worth while. Bless him xx
Cake was chocolate madeira filled with banana buttercream.
