My Name is Jacqueline Smith I’m a self taught Cake Designer with no formal training, I starting making cakes as my daughter has an allergy to cows milk protein. Living in a rural area it was difficult to find someone to cater for her needs. That was 4 years ago and I have never looked back the ladies in this group have helped me grow my skills and business. It’s very fitting that the theme of Sisterhood was chosen.

My piece was inspired by the suffragette movement. I spent a lot of time going back and forward with ideas but when thinking of sisterhood the Suffragettes in my opinion are the ultimate.
