I am self taught cake designer from a small rural town in Ayrshire, Scotland. I Have been decorating cakes for almost three years. My daughter has allergies so I made her first birthday cake then a friend asked me to make one for her daughter and it snowballed from there. I can't imagine doing anything else. I found my passion in Sugar and love my job.
