The bride was very particular about the color she wanted for her 4-tier wedding cake, to be covered in an ombre pattern in vanilla butter cream. I had her go to a paint department and select the exact shade she wanted the darkest color to be. The result was “Sweet Rhapsody” a paint color by Behr. It was adorned with a giant peony. Inside were layers of Gluten Free Strawberry, Lemonade and Red Velvet.

This is one large peony! Did you hand cut the petals? Haven’t seen any cutter that big!
