This cake was commissioned by a gentleman, for his partners 50th birthday who is training to become a florist. The cake was a Madagascan Vanilla sponge filled with Vanilla buttercream and Raspberry conserve, coated in white chocolate ganache and fondant. The flowers are all made from gumpaste. Hopefully, he will be able to arrange those flowers into a lovely bouquet to keep once the cake has gone!
