I made this cake for an elderly neighbour for her birthday. There is nothing like giving to someone who isn’t expecting anything. She was in tears.
The cake was a white chocolate mud cake with pink ganache and dark chocolate drip. Meringue kisses, chocolate coated pretzels, white and dark chocolate curls are on top.
