First time making all buttercream cake. It was really a challenge for me!! Never piped buttercream flowers before!!! And those flowers were made with tips for cupcakes swirls!! Yes, i’m not a buttercream girl and so i don’t have tips for piping flowers. I could get some but didn’t have time for that because it was a really last minutes request – about 24 hours!! And here i just can’t walk in a store and buy them!! Because the stores don’t care them, only special boutiques or online. So i just used what i have because it’s not specifically flowers requested.
The cake was 9" and 7" vanilla sponge filled with fresh mango buttercream and also covered with mango buttercream with white chocolate added. I just don’t like american buttercream. It tastes only sweetened butter and that’s awful!!
Well, for my first time the cake doesn’t look that bad! What do y’all think?
