stepping waaaayyyy outside my comfort zone! This is the biggest cake I’ve ever done and really only my second wedding cake (the first one was last weekend lol). its a 12, 10,8 with a “kitchen cake” as well! I’m “self taught” (i did a course on sculpted cakes but not tiered!!) and I know its not going to win any awards lol Can I tell you how sore my forearm is? SURE, Ill do a huge cake with LOTS of piped snail trails! no problem… lol
