Had some leftover mascarpone so decided to try a new recipe. This is zucchini blueberry cake filled with lemon mascarpone. Flowers were made with cream cheese frosting but ran out of it so decided to make smaller flowers in back.
Won’t be telling hubby that it has zucchini or he won’t eat it. Will probably clue him in after he eats (if he likes it that is).
