Foxgloves and woodland ferns

Daily Top 3 - Jul 23, 2015

As soon as I saw this on Alan Dunn’s Craftsy class, I wanted to make them. I did use the orchid throat cutter from a Wilton set that I had for the foxgloves. The leaves and woodland Fern were done freehand. Now the Fern was a real challenge to do freehand but I’m happy with how it turned out.

Supplies: gumpaste petal dusts gel colors floral wire floral tape satin ice gumpaste

Tools: ball tool scissors orchid throat cutter
