This cake was created for Cake International Manchester 2015. It’s the 1215 Magna Carta at Salisbury Cathedral in celebration of the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta. It took 20 hours to re-write the document, word for word in medieval Latin, 94 hours in total. It won Best in Class for the Decorative category, and was one of the highlights of my cake year!
