This two tiered topsy turvy cake was design for a lovely ladies 31st birthday bash, and was given complete freedom over the design of the cake….YAY!!!!
The party was themed “cocktail glamour…pink and black lbd (little black dress)” I had a slight ombre effect, with the pinks getting slightly lighter, from the board up to the top tier.
I decorated the cake with a paisley style effect by using my frangipani cutters, along with a few little tear drop cutters etc, then embellished them with silver cachous. I topped the cake with black fondant spirals.
Flavours were chocolate cherry ripe bottom tier, cookies and cream top tier.
