If mums were flowers

I made this cake for mothers day in corfu. The cake is the flower pot and the Roses are removable as in the second picture so that they can be displayed long after the cake has been eaten.
It is a coffee and walnut cake covered in sugarpaste and the roses are gumpaste.
The plaque reads “if mums were flowers i’d pick you”
