This cake was made as part of the Remembering Our ANZAC’s Collaboration, in honor of my dad and his mates. My dad was one of the lucky one’s who never made it further than the Training Ship HMAS Arthur. The cake also includes letters from his mates in India, and the discharge papers given to my dad after he was injured on leave.
It was an honor to be invited to be part of this amazing collaboration of work.
