Aquarium cake with isomalt coral

This was a cake we did for a silent auction for our local food bank. It has graham cracker crumbs to look like sand, isomalt poured over ice to look like coral, pulled sugar for seaweed, chocolate shells and a fondant stingray.

wow your coral came out way better than mine. Mine kept getty cloudy on me when i was letting it dry. I thought i got all the ice cubes out but maybe not
