Three tier cake. Bottom tier chocolate mud cake with chocolate mousse filling. Middle tier salted caramel mud cake with a white chocolate ganache and pecans. Top tier white chocolate and raspberry mud cake with a white chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries. Flowers are hand made from gum paste.
