I was honored to make this three tiered vanilla bean cake for the RAF Alconbury Graduating class here in the UK. I also made 150 cupcakes with green and yellow buttercream. Green and yellow are the school colors. We used a wire hanger to outline the dragon and then used rice krispies to shape it. Then airbrushed the dragon and cake.
