Enrobed in Roses Wedding Cake

I had to completely redo this wedding cake from scratch in 1 day as when I came back in the morning – 1 day before delivery, the fondant looked bad and there was a huge bubble. I just felt terrible – it was an out of the usual filling too so had to rebake and fill and decorate!!! Weekend gone – but it was killing me as I could not let it go looking like what it did!!! So now – delivered and we have a whole huge cake which will be going to husband’s work and sons’ school for morning tea! …and me ….having a cuppa and …well…playing on CD!
