My grandson Hudson’s 1st birthday. Made everything in 48 hrs., which was rushed for me. Wasn’t crazy about Elmo’s head..but just didn’t have enough time to fiddle with it. Drove me crazy cause I’m such a perfectionist. His one eye fell off in transit, and the black pupil slid to the side…geez…..repaired as best I could on arrival. Heck, being Hudson is only one, I don’t think he much cared…but his Mom, my daughter, and son-in-lw, were pleased, and that’s what counts. My grandson has never had ANY sugar..zero, zip, zilch….so this piece of cake & fondant was it. He thoroughly enjoyed it!!
