This cake was for a wedding shower, where the bride-to-be liked a certain kind of cake and her fiancee liked something different, so they wanted two separate cakes, but still wanted it to look like one… It was a challenge, but I think it turned out okay. They also wanted to incorporate a few of the brides favorite things (reading and flip flops) and the grooms favorite things too (baseball & the Yankees). The decorations at the shower were going to be yellow hydrangea, so that is what I was attempting with the flowers. TFL!

Awesome cake! Who would think you could incorporate reading, flip flops, baseball and hydrangeas all on one cake and have it turn out amazing! You really nailed it!!
