This cake was for a lovely ladies 30th birthday and was a replica of her favourite bag. I was a little nervous about making this cake to say the least as its my first sculpted!!! I also kind of underestimated the amount of cake I would have to make!! Boy was it heavy!

I think I would have been in total panic if it wasn’t for Elisa Strauss’ Designer Handbag Cakes tutorial on Craftsy. Highly recommended and well worth the money.

Loved making all the little details and hoping to make another bag soon!!
