Well here it is. My 5 tier cake that I have entered into the wedding cake category at Cake International. I have tried to challenge myself with this design and have tried out lots of new techniques. Ruffles, pleats, sequins and open peony flowers are all firsts for me. The competition is so fierce in this category but I am proud of my creation and glad I tried something new. Always happy to create something in my favourite colour scheme too xx
