I wanted to make a simple elegant cake with soft old pink color for celebrating my mom’s birthday.
I also wanted a silky effect and I applied gold color dilueted with alchool with a sponge. Once dry I blended the color powder with the brush.
The cake is a chocolate sponge cake filled with dark chocolate ganache and raspberries, covered with MMF, sugar lace, royal icing for decorations around the edge. Hope you like it :-) xx
