Juicy Sweet 16 Cake

Sweet 16 cake for a lovely girl whose mother had ordered a cake from a local bakery, then a week before the party, the bakery stopped returning her phone calls. She called me Thursday night when the party was Saturday and asked if I could do anything at all. It was so fun to make and it was one of my favorite deliveries because the family was so appreciative! Exterior was covered in ‘Duff’ brand fondant, roses are gum paste, pearls are fondant and silver sixlets (chocolate candies) and the logo was painted over top a printed sugar sheet with edible air brush paint and a tiny paint brush.
