I'm Niki and I set up my cake business in June 2013. I've always loved cooking and would jump at the opportunity to bake when I was a child....although my mum could tell you a great story about me forgetting to add the flour to a cake when I was 8 years old!
I am also quite artistic and it wasn't until I had my own children that I realised I could put my baking and creative talents together to produce their birthday cakes. I took me years to pluck up the courage to make my hobby a business, and although I'm still learning new techniques, I love it so much and have never looked back :)
I live in Buckinghamshire with my husband and my 3 children.
