My passion for the baker made me travel for many years the best teaching institutes and from each of them I got the best, training as a Pastry Professional
Today I dedicate myself to teaching this beautiful art of cake decoration and the classic and advanced pastry, cake decorating techniques and everything related to this beautiful art, I currently coordinate and I work as a teacher in my school workshop teaching Pastry classes, Bakery, Kitchen and Cake Decoration.
