I am, for the moment, strictly a hobby baker. I enjoy making cakes primarily for my family and friends. I have twin boys and a sweet little girl. One of my boys has a life threatening peanut allergy, which is part of the reason I love to decorate cakes. I receive such joy from being able to give him very special cakes, cakes which he would likely not get due to his allergy.
I'm only now beginning to find myself in the world of cakes, and finding my own niche is my goal. :)
