This is my contribution to the Carnival Cakers Mardi Gras New Orleans Collaboration! I love the rich color palette of the cake coupled with the bright gold accents. The Mardi Gras theme is so fun. Admittedly I have never been to the New Orleans Mardi Gras, but one day I’d love to go!
