Katy Moser-Brandel, pastry chef and owner has approximately 14 years of experience in the Pastry industry. Trained by Pastry Chef Stephane Cheramy, Silver National Pastry Competition winner and Chef Jordi Panisello of Telemundo fame, she has a strong passion to not just make desserts beautiful but taste fantastic. She has consulted for Celebrity Chef Michelle Bernstein's Michy's and has worked for The Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Loews Miami Beach. Among many projects, she has also assisted many high profile chefs and her creations have been featured in the Knot Florida Magazine, Style Me Pretty, Cake Central Magazine and on BET's Toya, A Family Affair. With a talent and passion for providing innovative yet delectable cakes and pastries for her clientele, it is her mission to provide Miami with an elegant, refined and superior line of confectionery products.
